Course content
The course includes:
Understand the roles, responsibilities, and legal obligations of a CPCS Tester
Learn CPCS scheme rules, technical standards, and assessment procedures
Conduct pre-test checks and prepare plant or machinery for assessment
Understand and apply assessment criteria for theory and practical tests
Observe and evaluate candidate performance against CPCS standards
Record and report assessment results accurately and professionally
Maintain safety standards during all assessment activities
Identify common faults, unsafe practices, and areas for candidate improvement
Communicate effectively with candidates, training providers, and CPCS administrators.
