Replacement certificates

For replacement certificates or support with using our course search, you can contact our delegate and employer helpline on 0344 994 4133. Lines are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday; 9am – 4 pm on Friday; and closed on Bank Holidays.

CSCS enquiries

For help with CSCS card applications and to request these over the phone, delegates can call 0344 994 4777. Lines open 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday; closed on Bank Holidays.

CITB Health, safety and environment (HS&E) test

For help with booking the CITB Health, safety and environment (HS&E) test, delegates can call 0344 994 4488. Lines open: 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday; 8am – 12pm on Saturday; and closed on Bank Holidays.

Lifelong learning

The Lifelong Learning Map helps you see where you could go next, whatever stage you are at in your career. It suggests training route pathways from entry‑level through to senior roles, showing how each Site Safety Plus (SSP) course builds on the last providing a progression map through your career.

Whether you are starting out as an operative, stepping into supervision, or moving into management, the map makes it easier to plan your development, grow your confidence and take the next step in your career.
